We had the same theme this year but added a few new items that were all a big hit. We now have a spooky ghost lady all in white, a few spiders chasing a skeleton up the house, a flying witch on a broom and a grandpa skeleton reading a spooky story to his kids in a homemade rocking chair. It wasn’t planned, but the rocking chair skeleton shadow showed up on the house so you could see it from far away! (Unfortunately about halfway through the night he got knocked and the power cord wound around the motor stopping his rocking!) We were surprised at the number of kids this year with the weather being horrible all week. It was windy and about 50 degrees Halloween night, but we had near 500 in 2 hours! Carol from next door sat with us, and my friend’s granddaughter showed up again in an awesome witch costume and helped pass out candy after make the rounds with herself with her grandparents.
